The good Lord as seen fit to lift this cloud of sickness from my head and allow me to enjoy my long weekend in good health.

The Sick and Shut-In List
I guess you can say I had a good weekend. I spent some quality time with a good friend; I saw a great comedian, Dave Chappell, at a sold out show in Atlantic City's premiere casino, The Borgata; I went to the movies to see hip-hop's most talked about movie of the year, Idlewild; and I caught a cold!
As always, I'm not letting my health keep me from completing my responsibilities, so I came into work last night and this morning to take care of what need to be done. But, I feel like at any moment the virus is going to really kick in, so I'm packing up and heading home with a packet of Contact in hand. Hopefully after I wake up out of the medically induced acoma I'm about to enter, I'll have time to hit you guys up with a dose of that real medicine you are waiting for.
